Do you have the specific map locations I need?:
Most of the time, yes! I am able to source all countries, most cities and natural landmarks, and quite a few smaller townships.
Oftentimes locations outside the US & Canada come with a slightly different map style, but I do my best to put your design together in the most lovely, cohesive way possible.
Occasionally a very small town/township or smaller sections of cities might not be possible to find or not possible to find on an attractive looking map that will work with your design. If that's the case I will try to contact you to see if it would work to show the general encompassing area. **PLEASE NOTE - Rush orders can occasionally make this communication difficult - Please read below!

RUSH ORDERS:
I can accept rush orders on a case-by-case basis, although this becomes harder during the summer and Christmas season due to the seasonal rush of orders. I will do my best to get a design to you by the time you need it, but if it wasn't a previously agreed-upon rush order I unfortunately cannot guarantee it. If immediacy is extremely important please check with me beforehand!
PLEASE NOTE: If we do have a rush order - please be doubly sure to make sure all of your location and wording info is correct and clear. Rush orders often give me an incredibly small timeframe to clarify. If there is a very specific detail that you must have on the piece or you will not be happy, please let me know immediately to make sure it can be done.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?:
Yes! I add optional gift-wrapping for no extra charge (including a little map envelope and slip of paper to use for your note/gift tag). Just ask!
Want to make the gift even more special? At the end of your map locations list - Please indicate that it's a gift and add a special note to your recipient and I will gladly print it and add it to your present inside a little map envelope!

How long until I receive my design?:

My average lead time for creating custom designs is 7-10 days. Occasionally I can do a rush order that ships within 3 days if you contact me first and make sure it's doable at that time.

Do you accept returns?:
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of these gifts, I cannot accept returns except in the event of an error made on my part (such as an incorrect map location or added wording, if that were to happen). If you have a longer list of locations to add please take extra care reviewing them to make sure it's exactly what you want before ordering. Also please keep an eye on your email in case I need to double-check some personalization information before creating your gift. Thank you!
